Spin the wheel, see what you win. It costs 150 neopoints for a spin. Sometimes you'll win nothing or your pet could even be struck by lightning (see the Healing Springs if that happens), but on a good day, you could win 10,000np (rare) and win the right to use the WoE Avatars. Make sure you do not have anything valuable in your inventory when you spin, or the Pant Devil may steal it!
The Wheel of Excitement can also help you advance in Defenders of Neopia. Getting the Pant Devil may help you getting the Pant Devil as an opponent. Getting an illness may help you get Meuka as an opponent.
