Here are some facts to build up Neopoints in the fastest amount of time.

[edit] Play the Featured Game
Try to play the featured game every day. This game changes daily and it may not always be a game that you enjoy, but it scores DOUBLE NP and is usually a fairly easy game to play. The featured game is shown on the main Game page.
[edit] Games that are easy to Score on
Attack of the Revenge is an incredibly easy game to get 1000NP from, simply play until you get to 320 points (4th level I think) then click End Game and send your score. Repeat 3 times and it takes about 5 minutes.
Another game with much payoff is Bouncy Supreme, a game only found in the not-quite-anymore legendary Jelly World. Score at least 991 points and End Game, and TADA! A very easy 3,000 NP.
Then I move on to a game such as Petpetsitter where you can try to earn at least 400 in each game. With 400 points or better, You can earn just under 1000 NP if you play the alloted 3 games per day. The game is pretty simple and is over fairly quickly, so there is some nice potential there.
Then you can move on to the game Destructomatch II where I try to earn at least 1000 points per game which earns me just under 1000 NP if I play my alloted 3 games per day. This is another easy game that only lasts a short amount of time with some pretty nice potential on NP vs. time. That's got us up 3000 NP in less than half an hour, tops!
And there are many other games in the Puzzle area that are word games. They are time consuming, but there tends to be some big NP potential there if you have the patience as well as the vocabulary. You should definitely try every day to play some of the following (easier) games: Cliffhanger, Kiko_Match_II, Maths Nightmare (have a calculator nearby for help), SnowMuncher, Spell or Starve, Castle of Eliv Thade, Word Poker, Ice Cream Machine, Meerca Chase II, Attack of the Slorgs, Carnival of Terror, Dubloon Disaster, Extreme Herder, Extreme Potato Counter, Faerie Bubbles, Feed Slorg, Freaky Factory, Hasee Bounce, Igloo Garage Sale: The Game, Jelly Processing Plant, Korbat's Lab, Meriball, Trouble at the National Neopian, Turmac Roll, Ultimate Bullseye, Warf Rescue Team, Whack-A-Kass, and Whack-A-Staff Member. The previously listed games require that you practice them in order to become good at them. However, you can try to play around 10 - 15 games per day and always turn in the score the maximum amount of 3 times for each game and so you can rack up quite a few NPs without ever actually getting good at any of the games.
Also play games like
- Fashion Fever (900 Neopoints in half a minute)
- Wheel of Slime (100 - 2000 Neopoints every 8 hours)
Those games are a quick way to win a bit of neopoints.

Once you have a good amount of NP stocked up, at least 15,000 NP, you might ponder looking into the Stock Market and investing in 1000 shares of one of the 15NP stocks (since that is the lowest that you can purchase stocks). Give it time and check on it once in a while. Sure, you are without NP for a period of time and sure, the stock market goes down in some cases. It may take days, weeks or months... Another hint is to NEVER purchase a stock that is already over 20 NP per share. More information can be found at Neodaq website (Neodaq)

There are other ways to earn lots of cash.
Adver-Video (5x a day) - Just play the game, click the video, keep it open but you can continue to play w/o watching. After about 90 sec go back and spin the wheel. Anywhere from 100-700 will show up but you can play/watch 5 times.
FREEBIE PAGE! (2000 per month + one food per pet) - Once per month you can go to the FREEBIE PAGE (http://www.neopets.com/freebies/) gives you 2000 np plus each pet gets a food item.
Advent Calendar (December only) - The Advent Calendar is much more useful than one would think. Some collectors on Neopets are hunting for the items they missed, and would pay large amounts to get it. Go to your bank, see if you still have some December yard gnomes and such lying around in there, and sell it for at least 10 np less than it's worth. It'll get bought up quickly, and you'll clean out your bank. But it's best to sell the items from at least 1-2 years ago as opposed to selling it upon receiving said items.

Do not forget to deposit all of your Neopoints into the Neopian National Bank. This insures that these Neopoints cannot be stolen from you. Also remember to collect interest everyday before you deposit or withdraw any NP. Also, always make sure that you have the best Bank Account Type that you can.
