Style

From NeoPets Guild

The style of a NeoPet is often referred to as its color. Sometimes a change in a pet's style is simply a color change, but sometimes other things about its appearance will change too. For example, pets in the basic colors (blue, green, red and yellow) will usually look the same as others in the same species except for the color. However, other styles will affect the pet in additional ways. As an example, most faerie style pets have wings -- even if that species does not normally have wings.

There are several different ways to change a pet's style. The most common is probably to use a paintbrush.

As of February 2007, the full list of paintbrushes is

Purple, White, Red, Yellow, Green, Blue, Rainbow, Silver, Glowing, Striped, Shadow, Split, Invisible, Cloud, Disco Fever, Fire, Fire, Your Pants On Fire, Glass, Speckled, Scritchy Sketchy, Skunk, Stone, Strawberry Fields Forever, Starry, Spotted, Checkered, Halloween, Christmas, Faerie, Golden, Lost Desert, Brown, Tyrannian, Baby, Pirate, Mystery Island, Orange, Pink, Ghost, Plushie, Darigan, Maraquan, Usuki, Snow, Royal, Grey, Starter Green, Starter Red, Starter Blue, Starter Yellow, Camouflage, and Biscuit.

The following paintbrushes are Retired: Electric Blue, Faerie, Glass, Stone, Lost Desert, Speckled, Scritch Sketchy, Golden, and Invisible.

Some styles, cannot be "painted on" by paintbrush, but must be achieved through The Lab Ray or morphing potion. These styles include:

Robot, MSPP, and Jelly.

Furthermore, by feeding a Chia certain Chia Pops, they can be changed into special styles reflecting the flavor. These styles include Asparagus, Lemon, Plum and Durian.
