This paintbrush will give your pet a design of pink stripes on a powder blue base for the majority of the pets. The Meerca, however, is brown with dark brown stripes.

By using a Striped Paint Brush, shown here, for around 90,000NP. These can also be won through Key Quest. You could use a striped morphing potion, though this will also change the species of your pet.
