Like NeoPets, only things that would be ok for people of all ages may be posted.
This page has a list of things that no one should do in this wiki and some special rules for people under 13.

[edit] Restrictions for Everyone
Users will be asked to refrain from certain topics and activities. Do not do the following:
- anything that might endanger another participant
- swearing or obscenities
- dating requests or offers
- attacks, threats or harassment of other participants
- gang activity
- discussions of politics or religion
- trying to get or post others private information (addresses, phone numbers, real names or passwords) See personal identity information.
- "scams", "cheats" or "hacks", including trying to impersonate others
- deals involving real money (arrangements to trade NeoPet items or NP using the methods permitted on the NeoPet site, shops, trades or auctions, are ok)
- violating NeoPet's copyright or trademark
[edit] Special for the Under 13 Crowd
Participants.who are younger than 13 years old may not give personal information. It is important to follow this rule for your safety and so wikicities (which is nice enough to give us this space) does not have to shut us down. These rules are required for people under 13 years old, and they are optional for those particpants who are 13 or older.
So, if you are under 13, do not
- use your real name or an e-mail address with your real name (See IDs.)
- give out the name of your school, where you live, your phone number or any information that might help someone identify or find you in real life
- tell anyone how old you are or give your birthday (You may put your birthday -- at least the month and day, but not the year -- on the guild calendar on NeoPets.)
If you are under 13 and someone tries to get this information about you, please tell an adult you trust and RJ.
