Huggies gives a hug to anyone they sees. They can be quite overly friendly and sometimes annoyingly so. they used to look like this, and are available here or from the Shop Wizard for around 17,000 NP.
This Petpet won the PPL, or Petpet Protection League in Week 76.
The Huggy is available in Blue, Christmas, Faerie, Ghost, Halloween, and Plushie.
