There are a few ways to get a glowing pet. The first is to buy a Glowing Paint Brush, for around 40,000NP, or a glowing Morphing Potion. You may also be able to get a lucky zap, or on very rare occasions eating enough Glowing Jelly will turn your pet glowing.
