The Faerie Queen, Fyora, is the ruler of Faerieland. She is a kind faerie who basically tries to keep everything under control, not just in Faerieland.

Fyora has a secret tower called the Hidden Tower (wow, how surprising.) in Faerieland. This is where she sells special items such as weapons or toys, all very rare. When you purchase an item there, you will get an avatar. The Hidden Tower also sells the Faerie Queen Doll, which gives you another avatar if you have your pet play with it.

Occasionally she will give out quests to lucky Neopians. Usually the quests are on the pricy side, and are very rare.
