Buzz

The Buzz is a Neopian species that looks like a big bug. It has large eyes and small wings. The initial/basic colors are the same as for other species: red, green, yellow and blue. According to the information on the page where you find new pets, it is very fond of fruit.
The 11th of January (the month of Sleeping) is the "Festival of Buzz".
There are around 2.3 million Buzz, making it 0.95% of Neopias population. They used to be called "Fleye", which were originally a design from the Christmas Pet Competition. They were changed to the Buzz on July 24th, 2000.
Neopia is inhabited by numerous and fascinating species of pets, petpets and petpetpets.

- Baby, Blue, Brown, Checkered, Christmas, Cloud, Darigan, Desert, Disco, Electric, Faerie, Fire, Glowing, Green, Halloween, Island, Maraquan, Mutant, Orange, Pink, Pirate, Plushie, Purple, Rainbow, Red, Robot, Royal, Skunk, Snot, Snow, Speckled, Split, Spotted, Starry, Strawberry, Striped, White, Yellow, and Zombie.

- To get the Buzz Maraquan Avatar, you must head to the Buzz Caption Contest. You then view the source of the page through the view menu, and click ctrl+f to search for 'buzz'. You should then see a URL like /games/new_caption.phtml?buzz1=ANUMBERHERE&place=664
Copy and paste this address into your address bar with www.neopets.com at the beginning, and press enter. This will take you back to the Caption Contest Page, and give you the avatar.
- Search for I love baby buzz to receive the Baby Buzz Avatar.
- If you paint your Buzz at the Rainbow Fountain after you have completed a Fountain Faerie Quest, you will receive the Buzzin Avatar.
