Bruno's Backwoods Breakaway is a platform-style game that was added as part of the Tale of Woe plot. In the game, you play the role of Bruno, a cursed Gelert trying to retrieve potions to break the curse while avoiding angry villagers who have also been hit by the curse.
Points are received by grabbing potions and then returning to the starting cave. Optimal strategy is to get all the potions on a level before going back to the cave, as fewer points will be given if the potions are returned in smaller groups.
