Bloopy's are usually a light blue color but they also come in Purple and Faerie. There are currently no items associated with this Petpet.

A Bloopy will try and steal your Neopets food when it isnt looking. It can store food in its cheeks and double its size! It is available here, or from the Shop Wizard for around 1,500NP.
