Acara

The Acara is one of the many species of pets in Neopia.
Neopia is inhabited by numerous and fascinating species of pets, petpets and petpetpets.
Acaras are seagoat cat like and have boggy ears and long horns that some people call "tentacles". They have big eyes and four legs. They come in the basic colors (red, yellow, green and blue), and can also be changed to have many other appearances. Acaras have many different possible styles:

Acaras are great swimmers as they are amphibious. Though, they prefer to be along the coast. Their fur is thick and they love diving for hidden treasures. Acaras love playing gormball along the beach. They also like racing and playing with eachother. The Acara evolved from an otter-like pet called the "Tigren". The pet evolved into Acara on July 19, 2000. On Halloween (October 31), 2000, the Acara transformed from a fur ball into a hamster-like creature. On Valentine's Day (February 14), the Acara turned into a seagoat cat. Before Acara Day (June 28), in 2005, Acara got a new and improved computer look.
